The base fare starts at ₹190 for the first hour, plus ₹150 for each additional hour. There's a 10-minute grace period per hour, so partial hours are rounded down before charging. Pricing may vary by category — check the app for exact prices before you confirm.

Payment happens after the task is completed. You'll receive a notification with the total fare and can pay securely via Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking are all supported. No upfront payment is required.

Yes! Cancellation is completely free while the job is still searching (before an agent accepts). After an agent accepts, a small fee applies: ₹30 if cancelled within 5 minutes, ₹125 after that. You can also cancel an in-progress task, though the fee applies.

Every agent goes through a thorough KYC process — government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving Licence), address proof, bank account details, and a verified phone number. Our admin team reviews and approves every application before an agent can start accepting tasks.

If no agent is free right now, you can use 'Reserve & Wait' to hold your spot in the queue. You'll be automatically connected to the next available agent. You can also schedule a hire for a future time — agents can pre-claim your slot.

During the search broadcast, only your first name, task category, and broad area are shared with nearby agents. Your phone number and full address are only revealed after an agent accepts the task. Both parties can call each other during the active task.
